The Story
We are committed to offering a safe and nurturing environment where learning happens through play, collaboration and co-constructivist inquiry. Grounded in the Reggio Emilia philosophy, we view children as capable, curious protagonists in their own learning. We believe they possess the knowledge, creativity and potential to construct meaning through exploration, communication and rich interaction with others and their environment.
At Curious Minds Learning Center, families are truly the heart of our community. While we are not a parent cooperative, our school thrives on family involvement. Our Parent Association, together with classroom room parents, organizes community gatherings such as holiday celebrations, parent nights out, park playdates, and our beloved CMLC Movie Night each fall.
We maintain ongoing relationships with local businesses, including Book Passage and Nothing Bundt Cakes, and we treasure our partnership with the Richardson Bay Audubon Sanctuary in Tiburon.
