Our Mission is to personalize school for each student – emotionally, socially, and academically – unlocking their full potential.
We use multiple measures of success to build a holistic understanding of each student, from academic outcomes to well-being and life satisfaction, and empower each student through multiple opportunities for self-reflection and evaluation of progress.
Michelle Rose Gilman founded Fusion Academy out of frustration with the status quo, and a need for personalized education in her community. What began with one campus in Solana Beach, California in 1989 expanded to add a Los Angeles campus in 2010 through the help of what is now Fusion Education Group. Since then, we have expanded to over 80 campuses across the United States and a 100% virtual campus, changing lives worldwide.
Our Global Community is a living network that builds bridges between our ever-growing campus presence around the world. We cultivate meaningful connections, foster student engagement, and support holistic growth through vibrant virtual experiences and in-person regional opportunities that reach beyond the classroom.
Each summer we offer a regional field trip that is open to all Fusion students and families.
