The Story
At Mariposa Bilingual School, our mission is to cultivate confident, bilingual children with a passion for learning. We strive to prepare our students for kindergarten by fostering critical thinking, creativity, and a lifelong love of education within a nurturing and supportive community. Our approach emphasizes personalized learning, allowing each child to explore their interests and develop at their own pace. By providing a diverse range of developmentally appropriate activities, we ensure that every child can thrive and achieve their full potential.
From 2008 to 2017, we successfully ran a Spanish immersion program in San Francisco, fostering a culturally rich environment for young learners.
Patricia moved to the Bay Area and started working as a Spanish preschool teacher while also running an after-school program teaching Spanish and serving elementary schools in San Francisco. Now she has settled in Marin as the Director and owner of Mariposa Bilingual School.
Our school celebrates the boundless potential of every child by providing a multi-faceted, high-quality education within a supportive community of children, parents, and teachers.
