The Story
For over 50 years, the early childhood program at St. Francis has been dedicated to nurturing children's social-emotional development and fostering strong social skills. We believe that each child is a unique individual, and our experienced staff is committed to recognizing and honoring their distinct personalities, abilities, and developmental paths.
Nestled among tall pine and oak trees, St. Francis Preschool has been serving families in the Northern Bay Area since 1967, providing a nurturing and stable environment for young children. For over half a century, we have been a top choice for Novato and Marin parents looking for a preschool community. Today, we are proud that each year we welcome a 2nd generation of St. Francis families: the children of alumni.
We love to have fun too! We host a variety of events throughout the year including playground playdates, open houses, ice cream socials, family-friendly community outreach opportunities, Parents Night Out, and much more! In addition, we offer many parent volunteer opportunities in and/or outside of the classroom too!
